After many months of very hard work and testing The Web Managers LLC is moving to the next phase, pre-launch mode.
The Web Managers LLC will move to pre-launch mode on the 21st of February 2022.
Moving to pre-launch mode means we are ready to serve our first customers however some minor bugs are expected as such all customers that order from us while we are in pre-launch mode will receive their services free* for the first three months.
We expect to remain in pre-launch mode until 1st of April 2022.
What to expect during pre-launch mode?
- All our services will be functioning normal and will be fully stable.
- We will provide 24×7 Support as expected.
- We will provide a Fully Managed & Monitored service.
However: - We do expect to experience issues that may affect from time to time our members area.
- Although we expect no downtime as our services will be free* during pre-launch mode our Uptime Guarantee will not be in effect until we fully launch.
- Our Semi-Dedicated Hosting packages will be unavailable for now. We hope to be able to release them in the upcoming weeks.
While our Shared & Reseller hosting services will be free for the first three months, on all new subscriptions we will charge a $1/month verification fee. This fee is charged in order to avoid fraud occurring on our services.
